What to Do
Find your “wow” moments here
Let our city show you what a unique, intriguing and Midwestern-friendly destination looks like. Here’s a snapshot: Museums. Blocks of historic architecture. Miles of Parkway for biking and walking. Outstanding public golf courses. A casino complete with river views and awesome mural art. A water park. The Stetson cowboy hat outlet. A world-class art museum. A wooden-bat baseball league. Broadway-style theater in a 1927 palace. A bookstore with a bar. The park with the “castle.” One of the nation’s only psychiatric museums. The Kansas City Chiefs summer practice home. A year-round symphony. One-of-a-kind restaurants and retail. Concerts, festivals and First Saturday events … and so much more. We’re the smaller city that’s not missing a thing — and we’re proud of it.
